Dr. Darwish's distinguished career includes working as a consultant and advisor on implementing digital transformation projects, excellence models, Quality Management Systems (QMS), performance management, leadership, talent management, and innovation across a string of high-profile clientele including the United Nations. He has coached numerous federal institute teams on improvement projects that achieved renowned success, earning prestigious awards including the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Awards and Khalifa Excellence Government Award.
His expertise spans public policy analysis, organizational excellence, organizational learning, strategic planning, knowledge management, Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), big data analytics, and innovation management. Dr. Darwish holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Policy Analysis and a Master of Arts in Justice Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago - Graduate College Chicago, where he also served as Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant.
